Beyoncé and Jay-Z Drop $200 Million on Most Expensive Home in California History

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are known for breaking various music records. But this time they have broken the record for purchasing the most expensive home in California’s history. This is also the second most expensive home in US history.

It was designed by renowned Japanese architect “Tadao Ando”, the mansion spans 30,000 square feet and reportedly took over a decade to finish. The concrete home overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has striking features, an expansive lawn on either side, and plenty of privacy for the family.

Although the property was initially listed for $295 million, Beyoncé and JAY-Z seem to have got a fantastic deal. The sale was brokered by Kurt Rappaport, a celebrity real estate agent of the Westside Estate Agency, who represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale.

The home sits on an 8-acre property, which overlooks Paradise Cove in Malibu. Beyoncé and Jay-Z are one of the most powerful couples in the music industry. With careers spanning years, countless fans and net worth people can only dream about.

The 30,000 square feet fully furnished mansion reportedly has 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 4 pools, a basketball court, a recording studio, a spa, and a paddle tennis court.
